We are looking for an Advanced or Senior Project Manager.

We are looking for new colleagues to lead implementation of our customer’s business solutions for life science customers in collaboration with NNIT partners.

Your responsibilities as a Project Manager
The role is very versatile and challenging with a large degree of responsibility and independence.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Project management expertise in the sales proposals.
  • Initiating, executing, and closing projects applying relevant Project Management disciplines:
    • Project planning & tracking, setup and manage project budget, resource management, scope management, risk management, communication, subcontractor management, quality assurance.
  • Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by applying your domain knowledge and where possible and advising customer.

You will join our Project Management team
You will become part of the Life Science Team consisting of global Project Managers and Agile Leads. You will have approximately 30 colleagues in the team across NNIT. We emphasize teamwork and an open and honest communication approach. We encourage all Project Managers and Scrum Masters in our team to provide and get sparring within team community and we try our best to create a professional work environment with social activities.

Your qualifications and experience

  • You have 5+ years of project management (possibly with PMI/Prince2 or other relevant certifications) or business consultant lead experience within business or IT implementation projects - must have.
  • You have experience with delivering to pharma and/or life science customers, delivering according to GxP requirements (clinical, reguatory affairs, MES projects) - must have.
  • You have a relevant master’s degree.
  • Ability to motivate and develop the project participants and the organizations.
  • You are customer focused with a passion for understanding the customer's value chain in order to deliver to customer satisfaction.
  • You relate well to people, and you work independently with a large personal drive while also securing project results through the personal leadership.
  • Your personality and experience enable you to handle your stakeholders and influence central decision makers.
  • You are fluent in English, written and oral.

And preferably also (but not required):

  • Agile (SAFe/scrum) experience and/or certification (as Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer, Product Owner or simply Agile lead).
  • Project experience with business transformations within: Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Clinical Development, Pharmaceutical Production, Publishing or Laboratory area.
  • An understanding of how to run projects with a multi-vendor and multi workstream setup in a global setting.
  • Experience with IT Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) via agile or waterfall methodologies.
  • Experience with Veeva Implementation projects.

We are looking for Project Managers with experience in business process implementation/transformation supported by system, or experienced in technical aspects such as integration, Data Migration, digital optimization using AI.
