Commissioning Specialist

COWI A/S

Commissioning Specialist (56383)
Application deadline: 06 May 2024 - Denmark - Location: Aarhus - Buildings & Industry

PermanentHybrid Do you work with Commissioning, and would you like to work with a large group of Commissioning colleagues? Are you motivated by well-thought-out buildings and participation in commissioning? And would you like to work on exciting projects in collaboration with colleagues from other disciplines? Then, you might be our new commissioning specialist. Create the solutions that will enable a better tomorrow In this position, you will become part of our Buildings and Industry division. We advise on all types of construction and all aspects of the construction process. We have a holistic approach to projects, focusing on function, value, building technology, energy optimization and sustainable solutions. You will be part of a team that is broadly differentiated with room for many profiles. In COWI, all electrical subjects are gathered under the same umbrella, which promotes opportunities for knowledge sharing and sparring, and you will have the opportunity to expand your potential on a team of professionally proud specialists and project managers. Our Cx team comprises dedicated colleagues who collaborate closely with our customers on some of Denmark's most significant projects in electrical engineering. We operate across various segments, including hospitals, residential buildings, cultural and educational buildings, commercial buildings, transport hubs, industrial buildings, data centres, and airports. Your key tasks will be:

  • Lead commissioning projects
  • Support our client consultants with professional sparring, especially within the technical area.
  • Be part of the professional network for Commissioning throughout COWI.

Your skills. Our team. Together we design the future. The first step to success in this role is that you are eager to collaborate with the people around you, whether they are colleagues, partners or customers. Developing ties with others is something you do by acting respectfully and delivering on your promises. And you never get set in your ways, but keep exploring new insights and ways to improve. On top of that, you will have:

  • Relevant educational background - Your educational background is not the most important thing, but thorough knowledge of MEP and/or Electrical installations is a prerequisite. That knowledge may have been gained through experience or education, but probably a combination of both
  • Ability to write and express yourself clearly and unambiguously
  • Solid experience in Commissioning – and preferably working with Commissioning today.
