This is an incredibly exciting time to join us as we spearhead the way delivering transformation change initiatives to our business.

Reporting into the Transformation Manager, you will be part of core project delivery team creating end to end finance process transformation solutions.

You will be, developing and implementing process transformation projects across all financial requirements, and your focus will be on delivery of projects aligned to the finance programme.

Your analytical approach, ability to manage stakeholders, passion for problem solving, as well as hunger to deliver against agreed timelines to drive through the change.

Ideally you will be based in a fun and dedicated team in Copenhagen but for the right candidate other locations will be considered.

Key responsibilities:

You will be a key member of the delivery team plan and deliver projects to schedule and with a high quality. You will drive the planning and delivery of Transformation related projects and initiatives across different teams working in close collaboration with teams across the business.

Other key tasks:

  • Establish and maintain a high level of confidence with our internal business stakeholders
  • Document and secure approvals for critical success factors and business requirements
  • Develop and implement solutions to tackle intricate obstacles
  • Plan workshops with stakeholders at all levels for requirements and business process capture to identify ‘as-is’ and target states
  • Contribute to strategic thinking and future-proofing potential solutions
  • Deliver project reporting covering overall status, risks, issues and mitigation plan as well as highlighting benefits once they are realised
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to prioritise key process issues impacting delivery and with the support of the impacted teams tracking this through to delivery.
  • Lead continuous improvement of processes and procedures.
  • Identifying resource requirements and ensuring optimum team performance
  • Building project plans in Excel and Microsoft Project as appropriate.

Who we are looking for:

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field combined with extensive experience in a similar role and proven experience in managing finance transformation projects.

You have solid delivery experience and an excellent gasp of how large complex, global, multi-year finance transformations are run.

You have Knowledge and experience of a range of project management methodologies and tools (e.g. Agile, Prince2, Hybrid) and a certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is highly desirable.

You have strong understanding of financial systems and processes and excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Have solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Have exceptional communication and social skills
  • Have the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment
  • Have knowledge of regulatory requirements related to finance and accounting
  • Have the ability to build effective relationships and collaborate with a range of individuals at all levels in the organisation.
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent prioritisation skills in order to balance key priorities.
  • Have a 'can do' attitude, will guide by example, and be prepared to go the extra mile when needed.
  • Are resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere
  • Can identify and call out emerging risks and potential roadblocks to successful early implementation.
