Are you an experienced electrical engineer with a passion for project planning, designing, building, and supervising medium-voltage installations? Then join our professionally strong team at COWI and become one of our skilled electrical engineers. Turn challenges into sustainable solutionsWe are seeking a specialist in electrical engineering, specifically focusing on power supply in medium-voltage installations, to join our Industry and Data Centres department in Lyngby. With approximately 65 team members, our primary services include detailed electrical design, project management, and sustainability management. We specialize in designing data centre buildings, conducting technical due diligence, commissioning and construction management, providing supervision, energy screening and delivering technical services related to green development and sustainability, with a specific focus on electrical systems. Our approach to projects is holistic, aiming to create maximum value for our customers, which includes large Danish and international companies within the industrial and data centre segments. Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Designing, planning, creating specifications of the design, following up, supervising and ensuring quality assurance.
  • Taking on project lead, discipline lead or specialist roles for assignments related to electrical medium-voltage systems.
  • Working as part of our medium and high voltage specialist team across COWI Group, actively engaging in knowledge sharing throughout the company.
  • Collaborating with customers to co-create projects.

  • A degree in electrical engineering and a minimum of 5 years of experience with medium voltage installations.
  • The ability to establish contacts, be outgoing and conduct site supervision in Denmark as a regular task.
  • Flexibility to meet customer needs.
  • The ability to inspire others and be open to thoughts and ideas from others.
  • Proficiency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
