Drug Substance CIP Process Supporter

Are you passionate about pharmaceutical CIP? Do you know processes and optimizing production? Then you might be our new CIP Process Supporter in the Virus Process Support team.

The position
As a CIP Process Supporter (Cleaning In Place), you will have a cross-functional role as a link between production, support teams, and technical support. Your primary focus will involve optimizing our vaccine production and ensuring robust operation in line with CIP requirements and regulations. Additionally, you will play a vital role in daily troubleshooting, collaborating across diverse professional groups to ensure a streamlined production process.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Closely follow and support CIP operations
  • Understanding and communicating the process you are responsible for, including training operators, laboratory technicians, and technical support.
  • Troubleshooting in production.
  • Process confirmation to ensure your processes are running according to written procedures.
  • Handle Change Controls.
  • Handle deviations and CAPAs.
  • Writing procedures such as SOPs and WINs.
  • Participating in or driving projects related to your processes.
  • Continuous improvements of your processes.
  • Training of operators.

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have to:

  • You have a degree in technology, engineering, biotech, mechanical engineering, or life science.
  • Understanding of basic chemistry and microbiology.
  • Interest in pharmaceutical equipment and processes.
  • Experience with CIP systems.
  • You speak and write Danish and English fluently.
