The Position
As our new Test Material Coordinator, you will be mainly responsible for:

  • All test materials that we are going to use for tests and validation of the coming productions lines.
  • Master Data in SAP EWM.

This position provides an excellent opportunity for several candidates to join us as Operational Responsible in the packaging and assembly project team and will get the opportunity to put their fingerprint on the future of Novo Nordisk.

Right now, the workplace will be at our project office in Høje Taastrup and in our project office in Odense.

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, we expect you to have:

  • An academic degree within supply chain, engineering or similar combined with at least 2 years of experience working with material flow in the context of a production environment.
  • Knowledge about our IT systems, SAP & Pas X and the flow between those systems.
  • Extensive knowledge about data Leadtime.
  • Knowledge and know-how for test flow according to SOP´s and Guides is an advantage.
  • Advanced Excel skills for data analysis.
  • Full proficiency in written and spoken English & Danish.

On a personal level, you are a confident communicator, comfortably addressing operators, managers and various stakeholders. If you see an opportunity for optimization, you are not afraid to speak up as you have developed a can-do attitude in combination with the power and ability to find solutions.

About the department
Novo Nordisk is significantly increasing its manufacturing capacity across all areas to serve more patients in the coming years. Our department is working to expand the capacity of our Biotech and Rare Disease production. The highly automated facility will be equipped with state-of-the-art technology that is flexible to accommodate new processes and products. It will expand our capacity to serve more people living with serious chronic diseases including rare diseases. Our new organization has just started its growth journey, and this is a unique chance to be part of a start-up environment within a large multinational organization.
