The Position
The job of GMP supporter is extremely varied. You work with operators, supporters, QA and other departments to implement the improvements and new initiatives. The collaboration takes place in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You have great opportunity to influence your daily life through teamwork and independent work.

The tasks include:

  • Set the course for the general GMP work together with management and GMP coordinators.
  • Work with deviations, make Systematic Problem Solving and find solutions to newly discovered challenges.
  • Managing and documenting processes through SOP’s, other critical documentation and training materials
  • Analysis of data to come up with ideas for improvement while bringing the ideas to life.

Qualifications
To be successful in the job we expect you to have:

  • Experience in GMP-regulated production, preferably + 3 years.
  • Science education at a minimum B.Sc level, preferably as a pharmacist, cand.scient., biochemist, engineer or similar.
  • Experience with data analysis and desire to develop procedures and processes.
  • Interest in being our new flag bearer on quality mindset.

You thrive on taking the lead and are happy to take the initiative to solve challenges, both in relation to the stakeholders you support, but also in relation to how we can raise the quality overall. As a person, you are good at creating relationships and communicate in both Danish and English at all levels in the organization. You are accommodating and able to garner support and consensus for our projects.

About The Department
We are a team of 10 dedicated supporters who support Novo Nordisk's most automated Material Handling (MH) and Warehouse.
The team has several years of experience in Novo Nordisk, where many different backgrounds are represented, but common to everyone in the team is that we play each other well with a relaxed atmosphere in the office.
At MH Support, we work with tasks of high complexity – e.g. KATA, A3 problem solving, process optimizations, support, projects and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, as well as ensuring the validated condition of our production equipment.
Our area has direct and indirect contact with all other departments, as our area is the focal point of the entire production in IFP Hillerød.
