What do we offer you?
We are seeking a dynamic individual to take on the role of overseeing and managing our Business Support operations. The successful candidate will lead a team of operations support professionals, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service and admin support across the country. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in support processes and customer satisfaction.
What will you be doing?
- Team Leadership: Manage and provide leadership to the support professionals, including hiring, training, and performance management. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, ensuring team members have the necessary resources and skills to excel in their roles.
- Customer Support: Ensure that a process is in place for timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries, issues, and escalations. Foster strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions accordingly.
- Process Improvement: Continuously assess and enhance support processes, workflows, and tools to optimize efficiency and customer service.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams.
- Reporting and Analytics: Analyze support metrics, KPIs, and customer feedback to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for service enhancement. Prepare regular reports and presentations to management, highlighting performance, challenges, and recommendations.
What are we looking for in our candidate?
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in the field of Economics, Management, Admin or other relevant fields.
- Proven experience in leading and managing teams.
- Bonus: Previous experience in leading teams during business transformations
- Proficiency in analyzing data and utilizing analytics to drive insights.
- Knowledge of support tools and systems.
- Experience in customer support, preferably in a managerial role.
- Fluency in English and Danish is mandatory.
- Bonus: Proficiency in other Nordic languages such as Swedish, Norwegian or Finnish.
The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership and team management skills, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Additionally, the ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and thrive in high-pressure environments is crucial for success in this role. We also believe that attention to detail is key to be successful in the role.
