We are now looking for Swedish speaking ServiceNow Implementation Specialists/Developers to implement ServiceNow in client facing roles.
Key responsibilities involved:
o Implement ServiceNow ITSM module for our customers
o Contribute as ServiceNow developer in projects ranging from simple to complex.
o Analyze and resolve production issues around implemented solution based on ServiceNow.
o Implement integration using REST API or any other standard integration platforms available.
o Handle code migration from development to test to production instances of ServiceNow.
o Support end users with queries around ServiceNow based implemented solution.
Who we are looking for:
o You are fluent in Swedish and english, spoken and written
o You are Certified ServiceNow Administrator with preferably ITSM Implementation Specialist
o Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow developer
o Strong technical knowledge about ServiceNow ITSM module
o Candidates with ServiceNow CSM/HR module knowledge are preferred.
o Proven track record working in ServiceNow platform as technical consultant.
