The Role and Department

In the role of Project Manager within supply chain development, you will independently manage complex projects, navigate critical decisions and engage with multiple key stakeholders. You want to work in an organization where you can utilize your strong project management and analytical skills. You prefer an entrepreneurial work culture where you have the possibility to influence and define work processes meanwhile being challenged by ongoing new tasks.

The position is anchored in Commercial Supply Chain, CMC Operations based in Copenhagen and will be reporting to Senior Director, Head of Commercial Supply Chain, CMC.

Responsibilities:

The Project Manager role in commercial supply chain is responsible for the below areas:

  • Establish GMP compliant commercial supply chains with focus on label and pack operation at CMOs and distribution at 3PL's.
  • Manage product implementations at CMO by leading Commercial product launch activities, validation activities to secure product availability.
  • Develop processes, procedures and systems for product implementation and commercial operation.
  • Oversee Label and Pack manufacturing activities and act as SME for commercial manufacturing support.
  • Work with key business partners to develop launch strategies.
  • Support the implementation of serialization set-up for the individual markets and CMO's.
  • Work with Quality Assurance to maintain GxP compliance throughout the supply chain including handling of changes, exceptions and CAPAs.

Requirements:

  • A relevant master’s degree e.g., in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering or the like.
  • + 3 years of project management experience from supply chain within a global company working with many stakeholders.
  • Experience working in a highly regulated environment.
  • Abilities to communicate clearly, drive and move things forward.
  • A natural flair for business process optimization and standardization.
  • Strong coordinator skills with a natural ability to reach out to team members to secure progress when tasks require so.
  • Natural flair to take the lead and work independently with familiar as well as new tasks.
