Help transition Kamstrup to a secure microservice based landscape
As our new Security Architect, you will play a key role in designing a coherent system that extends from the meters to the customer interfaces. You will be responsible for driving and applying software security frameworks across multiple products and domains in close collaboration with enterprise cyber security, product management, and other architects, helping them to understand changes in legislation, architecture, emerging security threats, and trends.
More specifically, you will be:
- Identifying new requirements in designing common security components, helping us to improve the developer experience when working with security
- Supporting development teams in implementing common security components
- Coaching and educating developers on how to build secure software
- The expert for other colleagues when conducting security risk assessments

With direct reference to our Team Manager of Enterprise System, you will become a part of our Architect team. Each member focuses on a specific domain where we encourage a high degree of specialization which enables us to be experts in these different areas. As a team, we have great respect for each other’s professional expertise and input, and we value a good tone with an open dialogue. Furthermore, you will become part of Kamstrup’s security knowledge-sharing community with equal-minded colleagues.

Less about us, more about you
We are looking for a Security Architect who is confident in taking the lead and have extensive experience in engaging and communicating with stakeholders. You thrive in collaborative environments and excel at juggling multiple workflows and tasks simultaneously. We imagine that you have an educational background in Engineering, Computer Science or another relevant field. If you are not already well acquainted with the security domain in software development, we imagine that you have at least 3 years of experience within software architecture combined with an aspiration to develop your competences in the security domain.
In order to succeed it is advantage that you:
- Are familiar with industry-standard security protocols and frameworks e.g., SSL/TLS, OAuth2, SAML, OIDC, Azure AD, NIS2, IEC62443
- Have experience with key infrastructures knowledge e.g., X.509 certificate chains
- Have experience with domain driven design and microservice based architecture
- Possess solid practical experience with e.g., Microsoft programming languages, containers, continuous delivery and microservices
