Your position:
We are looking for a passionate and creative Product Marketing Manager with experience in US hospital capital equipment to join our marketing team. As a Product Marketing Manager, you will play an instrumental role in shaping our key marketing messaging and crafting marketing and sales collateral.
Key Abilities and Responsibilities:
- Direct experience in US hospital capital equipment.
- Ability to work directly with the sales team to support the identification, progression, and closure of deals (not making materials in isolation)
- Ability to understand full-scale marketing strategy for the organization from a corporate communication perspective, upstream marketing with the ability to work with C-level leaders and voice of the customer feedback directly into engineering.
- Ability to work in a downstream marketing function to be close to the field team and support materials needed to support value analysis and supply chain review of UVD purchase.
- Ability to work with CCO on C-level pro forma such as to support hospital administration on the buying cycle of adding a UVD robot, which in turn will support the business case of reducing FTE and fringe benefits cost reduction over a 5-year period to add multiple robots if appropriate to a hospital.
- Experience building trade show campaigns, managing booth design, logistics, and marketing campaigns to drive traffic to the booth with materials and call-to-action campaigns.
- Experience with direct reports and delegating responsibility as marketing functions will scale with company growth.
- Manage our SoMe channels
- Partner with the sales team to create and develop SEO-optimized content for web and SoMe
- Design pictures, graphics and other visual elements
- Ensure all content meet high standards of accuracy, grammar, tone and quality
- Proactively leverage data, market insights, marketing tools and channels
- You will be the marketing team’s point of contact for the U.S. sales team
- You will be working from home preferably based on the East Coast U.S
Your Profile:
- Relevant degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record of producing high-quality materials with clear messaging
- Experience in marketing and communication within the US hospital capital equipment
- Experience in life-sciences is a plus
- Proficient in the Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Premiere Pro)
- Experience with Hubspot is a plus
- Experience with SEO best practices
- Native English speaker with excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
- Excellent communication skills
