As a Windows operations specialist, your responsibilities will encompass daily operations and maintenance of the Windows servers platform, offering support at the 2nd and 3rd levels, and adhering to ITIL Change management processes.
The team operates 24x7 and collaborates with colleagues from various locations globally to ensure seamless service delivery. While the base is in Prague with standard business hours, occasional flexibility for patch service windows and participation in on-call duty rotations will be required.

Technical Qualifications and Experience
- At least 3 years of experience with Windows OS
- You are experienced in AD and PKI is a plus.
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Security patch management on an enterprise level.
- At least some experience in technologies and tools such as Hyper-V, VMware, and HPSA (Server Management Tool)
- Understanding of general process frameworks (ITIL)
- Solid experience with processes such as Incident-, Problem-, and Change handling.
- You are a professional in English, both spoken and written.
- Are certified in ITIL, Windows OS (2012, 2016 and 2019) and enhanced technologies.
