About the role
We are actively seeking an experienced and driven P&O (HR) Business Partner to join our dynamic team. As we continue to experience rapid growth and development, we are looking for someone who thrives on driving improvement and embracing change. With a focus on driving discussions related to workforce and organization design changes, as well as cultural transformation, you will collaborate closely with colleagues throughout the entire organization.
We are embarking on an exciting journey of growth, integrating new teams and business units into our organization through a carve-in process We have just acquired Danfoss Fire Safety in line with our strategy to strengthen our sustainable fire safety portfolio, and we are therefore looking for an experienced P&O Business Partner who will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth integration of employees, processes, and cultures. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a transformative phase in our business.

We believe you:
- Have solid experience as a P&O Business Partner with a track record of driving projects and change. It is a plus, if you have experience in managing integrations
• Adaptable and pivots between the strategic high level and granular day to day needs of a fast-paced organization
• A strong communicator with experience in both pitching ideas/solutions to stakeholders and challenging existing norms and beliefs towards the goal of growth
• Skilled in analysis of reports and drawing and communicating people insights
• Solid knowledge in Danish labor law and legislation related to P&O practice in specific organizational change
The workplace is flexible is based in Odense or Ballerup with an 12 month assignment.
