We are looking for a full-time Senior Technology Service Lead to join our Business Process Enablement Service Domain in the primary role as application provider to manage our Robotic Process Automation (RPA) platform.

About our team
Meet the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) team. Our role is to manage our Robotic Process Automation (RPA) platform as a trusted partner to our business stakeholders to enable their business RPA developers to create value-adding Robotic Process Automation robots.
What you’ll be doing
Main responsibilities in this role:
- Manage application lifecycle management, application portfolio rationalization, application capacity, configuration, performance management and budgets
- Manage technical risks, compliance and audit matters within your application portfolio
- Coordinate continuous alignment with our Technology Organization strategy and with common frameworks and standards
- Ensure the application portfolio is managed according to agreed budgets, KPIs and service level agreements
- Collaborate with application owner and product owner to incorporate improvements in our DevOps backlog
Who you are
This is the right role for you if you understand how technology can make a meaningful impact, love solving challenges hands-on and to inspire people to work together.
Your background and skills include:
- 3+ years in a similar IT role
- Strong familiarity with ITIL processes and practices
- Proficient in the Microsoft Technology Stack
- Fluent in written and spoken English
It would be ideal if you also:
- have Robotic Process Automation (RPA) experience
- have experience with the Blue Prism software and automation
