About the role
We are currently looking for a Technology Service Lead for one of our client's. In this role, you will be responsible for all applications within your service portfolio. You will set the strategy and create the roadmap for your portfolio, working closely with key stakeholders across the bank. This role offers a dynamic and inspiring work environment with a strong focus on work-life balance. Work tasks

  • Stakeholder Management: Interface with key business and technology stakeholders to ensure alignment with the technology business strategy, common frameworks, guidelines, and tech standards.
  • Financial Management: Plan and optimize the total cost of ownership for your business portfolio, including setting annual targets and following up on them.
  • Execution and Deliverables: Ensure execution and deliverables according to the technology and business roadmap, observing priorities, execution structure, funding, and capability resource plans.
  • Technology Strategy: Champion technology strategies and create awareness of technology trends and opportunities.
  • Vendor Management: Manage portfolio-specific and vendor contracts.
  • International Collaboration: Work across cultures and enable an international footprint.

We are looking for

  • Strong skills in transformation and project/program management, with proven experience in creating changes in complex financial environments, so you can solve all the abovementioned tasks at an independent and high level.
  • A technical background that enables you to understand the technical context of the area.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels.
  • A result-oriented mindset with a focus on customer-centric value creation through technology.
  • Knowledge of DevOps and ITIL principles, preferably from working within financial services institutions.
  • Fluency in English both in writing and verbally.

It is meritorious if you have

  • Have some leadership experience. While you won’t have direct reports, you will need to delegate tasks and ensure effective team collaboration.
  • Are fluent in Danish in both writing and verbally.
