Senior Specialist, SAP Access Management - Gdansk or Viby

Location: Viby J, DK Gdansk, PL

We are looking for a skilled SAP Access Management Specialist to develop and implement secure solutions for a leading FMCG company. The role involves utilizing your expertise in SAP Access Management to lead the process from gathering requirements to delivering solutions.

As Senior Specialist within SAP Access Management, you will be responsible for executing ongoing deliverables to the business within the framework of architectural guidelines. You will work in close collaboration with the Arla business, the Identity and Access Management (IAM) department as part of IT Operations, and the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). Our IAM strategy focuses on enhancing security, mitigating risk, and ensuring that our solutions remain user-friendly for the business. This role can be based in either Viby, Denmark or Gdansk, Poland.

For the IAM area, we are looking for a Senior Specialist to join the team and provide support to other teams within the train and IT department”, says Lea Bentzen.

How you will make an impact
Your responsibilities will include actively participating in agile ceremonies, planning, execution, and delivery, to ensure the complete satisfaction of end-users. We place a high value on improvement ideas and feedback as an integral part of our daily culture. You will consistently coordinate with IT Architects, Business Role Owners, and the Compliance Team to ensure alignment with Arla's policies. Additionally, you will be responsible for enforcing Arla's security policies and procedures by conducting periodic reviews of security reports.

Additionally, responsibilities will include:

• Project support and advisory
• Assisting users with security-related issues or inquiries about the systems administered
• Developing awareness and understanding of SAP Security products
• Creating and maintaining clear documentation
• Ensuring the integration of SAP security standards into systems
  

What will make you successful
To succeed in this role, we imagine that you:

• Deep understanding of SAP role design and development
• Experience with SAP GRC Access Control – customizing work flows and maintaining BRF+ rules. Maintaining ruleset.
• Experience with access control frame work and mitigating controls
• Solid understanding of business processes and the associated best practice required to support them
• More than 3 years' experience with security concepts and User/Role administration across SAP products: SAP S4 ERP, BI and SAP GRC. Preferably also APO, CRM, HCM, TM, Hybris, SOLMAN, EWM and Event Management.
• Speaks fluently English
