As a Tender Manager, you'll drive the timely submission of high-quality proposals by applying standardized methodologies. You'll guide internal partners on tenders and public procurement, demonstrating historical data and market trends. You'll also ensure a high-performing tender core team and effective subject matter expert involvement under the mentorship of the tender project team.
The Opportunity
- You build and maintain a tender roadmap using CRM data and market insights to guide strategic decisions.
- You keep internal partners informed by communicating tender timelines through updates, meetings, and town halls.
- You stay on top of public procurement trends and market conditions to ensure competitive positioning.
- You lead tender projects, applying standardized project management methodologies to deliver high-quality proposal submissions.
- You assemble and encourage cross-functional tender teams, ensuring collaboration and accountability throughout the process.
- You craft competitive bid strategies in partnership with finance and solution experts to meet customer needs.
- You act as the key contact for customers’ tender managers, ensuring smooth communication and timely proposal submissions.
Who You Are
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Life Sciences, or a related field; a Master’s degree or equivalent is a plus.
- You are proficient in Danish and English and have a solid understanding of public procurement and relevant legal frameworks.
- You have experience in clinical diagnostics or laboratory solutions, and you’re passionate about driving healthcare innovation.
- You are a great leader with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- You’re familiar with project management tools like MS Project, Monday, or Smartsheet, and certifications such as PRINCE2 or PMP would be an advantage.
