The Graduate Program
Our Graduate Program is a 2-year journey tailored to your ambitions and skills. You will have 3 rotations in key departments to get hands-on experience with various legal disciplines in a global energy trading company. From day one, you’ll collaborate with experts, work on impactful projects, and be given autonomy to make a difference.

The Legal Track
In the Legal Track, you will dive into the emerging legal landscape of the energy trading sector. Supported by a seasoned team of legal professionals you will experience how legal innovation drives our practices and ensures legal compliance on a global scale.

As a Legal Graduate, you will:

• Develop and implement legal policies and procedures.
• Contribute to automating and optimizing legal processes using AI tools.
• Draft, review, and analyze energy contracts, M&A documents, and commercial agreements.
• Conduct legal research to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
• Contribute to ensuring full compliance with current and future market regulations.
• Assist with employment agreements and HR-related legal matters.
• Help drive market expansion by facilitating entry into new markets
• Provide support on various legal projects and ad hoc tasks.

By the end of the program, you will be ready to lead legal initiatives and projects that contribute to shaping the legal landscape of the energy trading industry.

About you
We imagine you have a big interest in commercial law and the energy industry, paired with a drive to influence an emerging and rapidly developing legal area. You have an analytical mindset, are comfortable taking ownership and thrive in an environment that offers flexibility and responsibility. You’re eager to learn, collaborate, and contribute to shared goals, knowing that unity is the key to success.

Moreover, you:

• Have completed a master’s degree or PhD in Law or Commercial Law in 2024 or 2025
• Might have previous experience from internships, student jobs, or similar activities obtained next to your studies, e.g., extracurricular activities
• Are fluent in English, both spoken and written, as it serves as our corporate language
