Job Description Summary
We are looking for a talented student to join the the GE Vernova Wind Global Learning team. We offer a variety of interesting tasks and a high degree of involvement with our internal customer groups as servicing them in relation to certificate management data and systems will be a core element of your daily work. You will work closely with experienced team members and have a exposure to core job tasks within data management, first and second level customer IT support and KPI reporting.
Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
· Customer support: Guiding users through their system experience. Understanding their questions and issues, advising them in a professional way and handling their queries in a timely manner.
· Project assistance on the implementation of a new IT tool.
· Data Reporting and support to apply data-driven analytical approach to problem solving.
· Answering / and delivering service through a ticketing system and emails.
We are looking for a student worker with
· Excellent communication skills in English verbal and written, other languages are also welcome.
· Ability to communicate effective through written and verbal communication and consistently deliver quality customer service in a professional manner.
· Competent in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other IT applications.
· Flair for data, databases, and reporting.
· A strong work ethic and a desire to see results.
