Digital Producer: Stockholm
Precis Digital
📍 Stockholm 📆 As soon as possible
👩🏽💻 Hybrid: Office 3 Days a Week 📚 Our Recruitment Process
We are looking for our next Digital Producer to join our Stockholm office!
We specialise in producing short-form, highly visual, storytelling for digital channels such as SoMe, Display, Out of Home, eCom, email, etc. Some projects are quite small with just a few, shiny deliverables and some are global programs with hundreds or even thousands of units produced.
At Precis, we are committed to building an inclusive and fair workplace that attracts talent and advances its people, regardless of their background, experiences or perspectives. A diverse set of minds working in an inclusive environment leads to innovative ideas – and it is precisely these sorts of ideas that we need to keep pushing the boundaries of marketing.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
As a Digital Producer, you will be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion for ad-hoc and retainer-based requests. You will be working alongside creative team members (designers, developers, copywriters, etc.) and strategists, all while supported by your fellow team of project managers in the US and Europe. Your typical tasks will include:
- Managing the end-to-end production process for digital campaigns, including budgeting, scheduling, and team resource allocation – ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Establishing new and nourishing existing relationships with clients and external partners.
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients on project-related matters, supporting them with valuable insights to ensure project success.
- Leveraging your and the team’s expertise in interpreting briefs, understanding campaign objectives and requirements, and finding the best way to tackle them.
- Working closely with creative and production teams to facilitate seamless collaboration and a supportive team dynamic.
- Ensuring quality control of your own and others’ work – providing your team with feedback on ideas, concepts, and prototypes, as well as meticulously scanning for typos, misplaced pixels, and anything less than perfect.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We believe that you’re a dynamic individual who effortlessly balances technical expertise with exceptional interpersonal skills. You possess a keen eye for detail and organisation, coupled with a natural ability to foster collaboration and communication within diverse teams and with clients alike.
- Experience: 2-4 years in a similar role within a creative agency, digital studio, or production company.
- Project Lifecycle Mastery: Proficiency in managing projects end-to-end, from scoping and timeline creation to execution, localisations, and project evaluation.
- Client Communication: Strong client-facing skills and EQ with a focus on strategic and proactive communication.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience working with digital advertising platforms (DV360, Meta, Google), ad types (programmatic/display, social, email, etc.), and advanced Excel or Google Sheets.
- Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of campaign lifecycles and digital advertising, with an emphasis on performance and media planning.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to multi-task, adapt to new information quickly, and solve challenges collaboratively and independently.
- Team Player: Proven ability to work calmly under pressure, with a collaborative and solutions-driven approach.
- Creative Eye: Keen design sensibility and commitment to delivering high-quality, polished work.
