Join our Advanced Manufacturing team as an Anodizing Engineer and play a key role in developing and optimizing the colour anodizing processes that define our timeless designs.
You will join a dynamic team of 12 skilled professionals, including engineers and scientists, dedicated to advancing manufacturing processes. Reporting to the Head of Engineering & Technology, you will support the Atelier team in developing innovative colours and optimizing production workflows. You will be supported by two experienced colleagues - one of whom will serve as your dedicated mentor - to ensure your professional growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new colours for anodized aluminium that meet design team specifications.
- Optimize the colour trial process, reducing the number of iterations while achieving precise results.
- Collaborate with design, quality, and production teams to address process challenges.
- Troubleshoot and improve the anodizing processes for consistent high-quality output.
- Communicate effectively across all organizational levels to align objectives.
- Document trials, process developments, and results, ensuring knowledge transfer.

The ideal candidate comes from a strong educational background in chemistry or physics, equipping them with a solid foundation in scientific principles and analytical thinking. They are open-minded, eager to learn, and self-motivated, demonstrating a strong drive to continuously develop their skills and knowledge. With the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, they thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, showcasing adaptability and resilience in the face of challenges.
Moreover, you bring:
- Higher educational degree in chemistry, physics or related field.
- Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder management.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex technical problems.
- Knowledge of anodizing or related technologies is an advantage.

Travel: 5 - 10 days a year
