Job description
Welcome to the Debt Solutions & Loans team. The team consist of seven professionals in Denmark (approx. 30 in the Nordics), responsible for arranging, structuring and executing a variety of debt transactions for some of the largest listed companies in Denmark, including corporate acquisition financing (M&A), bond issuance, rating- and capital structure advisory as well as other structured debt transactions. We also spend significant time advising clients on how to integrate sustainability into financing and our team also hosts a centre of excellence within Renewable Energy and Infrastructure Financing to support the green transition. You will be exposed to the most interesting and high-profile debt transactions in the region whilst having fun at the same time.
Supported by senior colleagues, you will be doing:
- Financial & credit rating analysis and modelling in MS Excel
- Structuring and documentation of corporate loans
- Preparation of pitch material in MS PowerPoint
- Supporting our sustainability advisory to customers with research, analysis and strategic input
- Variety of ad-hoc analysis in order to both source and execute new business opportunities
- Supporting various parts of the internal decision-making process

Your experience and background:
- You are goal oriented with a strong drive, allowing you to work independently and on multiple challenging and fun assignments, whilst still maintaining a high degree of quality-consciousness
- You have strong interest in finance and/or some relevant working experience within the finance industry e.g. from corporate/investment banking, transaction services, buy-side investor or equity/credit research
- Previous work experience and/or interest in sustainability and/or renewable energy financing is a positive but not a requirement
- You have detailed experience and thorough understanding of financial modelling and analysis of financial statements
- Master’s diploma in finance, business or similar, with courses/experience in sustainability counting as a positive
- Ability to work in Danish and in English
Starting date to be agreed. We are open to discuss part-time work for a limited period for example along-side finalising studies.
