Would you like to join our Commercial Hub team in Personal Banking Denmark as our new Digital Lead? We are looking for an experienced senior profile to take on the role as Digital Lead, playing a key role in ensuring we proactively prioritise and communicate our digital needs across the value chain in Nordea in specific to various development units. We add value by working closely together with the value chain to implement the Personal Banking strategy in the local marketplace and act as the link between our colleagues in the frontline and HQ, ensuring e.g. that the great initiatives developed are implemented with our frontline and that frontline needs and demands are communicated to HQ development units. To succeed with this, we need your help to ensure that PeB DK needs and demands are captured and prioritised the right places in the value chain at the right time. What you’ll be doing:

  • Drive the digital agenda across PeB DK and ensure alignment with value chain by:
    • Be the driver from a PeB DK perspective in the Agile Super Cycle, coordinating input from across PeB DK and the value chain and ensuring our priorities are captured
    • Ensure a holistic and prioritized view on PeB DK relevant digital initiatives and be a sparring partner to the teams in Commercial Hub and PeB DK Leadership team, also helping with identifying opportunities
    • Follow-up on initiatives and developments with our wide range of stakeholders
    • Be one point of contact for digital developments and implementations, ensuring knowledge is shared across PeB DK and thus ensuring a good customer experience
    • Assist in case of incidents, where knowledge of the digital space is needed

Commercial Hub consist of 4 teams (Savings, Everyday Banking, Customer Communication and Home) and approximately 40 colleagues. You’ll be one of three functional leads working closely together across the Hub (Incident Resolution Lead, Digital Lead and Strategic Initiatives & Value Chain Lead), report directly to the Head of Commercial Hub DK, and act as Digital Lead and sparring partner across all teams and PeB DK.   • You are an experienced senior profile with extensive professional understanding in digital development and the good customer journey
  • You have a thorough understanding of the importance of enabling digital journeys for the future
  • You thrive in working in a rapidly changing team-based environment, being the driver of your area of expertise and act as sparring partner to colleagues, working across teams
  • You have a strong digital, commercial and customer oriented mindset and are structured in your way of working
  • You are not only experienced in target setting and budget allocation for development units in a large matrix organisation but also see the benefit and purpose of engaging in these processes
  • You are experienced in PI planning and agile ways of working
  • You have very strong impactful communication and stakeholder management skills - and act with integrity and collaboration on all organizational levels and can build a bridge between people, technology and different business areas in a matrix organisation
  • You are self-driven and have successfully been driving larger initiatives with proven good results
  • Preferably, you have experience and/or knowledge of working agile (e.g. SAFe)
  • You are fluent in Danish & English
