Job Description
It's never been a more exciting time to join us at Lime! We are growing rapidly from being the CRM sweetheart of Sweden to becoming a leading provider of spot-on software for every step of the customer journey - in the Nordics and beyond. Being a SaaS company, our products are the heart of what we do, and our website is the core that brings them to life. We are now looking for a creative and business minded Web Designer with UX/UI skills to help us stand out in a competitive market.
Are you driven by crafting stunning web designs that capture the visitor at first glance, communicate the product value propositions effectively, improve navigation and increase the conversion while staying true to the brand? Great, then we’d love to hear from you!
In 2024 we launched our new brand identity and website. Now, we are rolling it out across our product portfolio to create a unified and engaging user experience. Join us on our journey to create a web presence as dynamic and ambitious as our growth targets.
What You’ll do?
This role involves taking ownership of the design and user experience of our websites, and ensuring that they align with industry trends, best practices, our various target audiences and business goals. You have a deep understanding of modern web aesthetics, responsive web design, and site architecture, with a strong emphasis on creating both visually appealing, and functional designs. Our current design is done in Figma, and we use WordPress Gutenberg as platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and harmonization of Lime’s main website and subdomains, ensuring a cohesive, scalable, and seamless user experience
- Maintain and evolve Lime’s visual identity across all sites, retaining consistency while lifting the uniqueness of the different software products
- Create web graphics, illustrations, and visual elements that bring the products to life
- Develop scalable designs for how to visually present the products on different levels
- Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and optimized for both PC and mobile device
- A/B testing to optimize user experience and achieve business objectives
- Deliver designs that enhance CRO and optimized user journeys, boosting conversion rates and build lasting relationships
- Collaborate with key stakeholders within the marketing team and other departments
- Stay up to date with web design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies

At Lime, you find a listed company with 9 offices in 6 countries. Founded in 1990 we have been growing by approximately 20 % per year since 2000 – a pace we intend to keep. In 2020 we opened our first non-Nordic office in The Netherlands. Since then, we have entered Germany, and are continuously working on further expansion and acquisition strategies. But those are just facts and figures. The truly great thing about Lime is the people working here. We are a caring and high performing group of people who spread customer love. We go all in to create a world where every customer experience exceeds expectations, making customers’ lives easier through spot-on software and on-point expertise.
