HR Project Manager, AFI - Viby

To support our ambitious business strategy, we are looking for an experienced HR consultant who is interested in being a part of our People & Culture department, driving projects and acting as the bridging function between HR and the business. You can look forward to utilizing your skilled HR toolkit, making sure that we support the continued healthy growth of our organization.

How you will make an impact
You will be part of our People & Culture function with a total of 10 colleagues supporting our business globally. We are looking for an enthusiastic colleague who will:

• Partner with AFI’s business, HR Business Partners and other relevant stakeholders to contribute to the development of selected HR projects.
• Drive strategic AFI HR projects, training and processes and secure successful implementation.
• Be responsible for planning and facilitate relevant meetings with selected Senior Leaders.
• Be the project ambassador for collaboration and for an P&C organization with a strong focus on creating value for the business.

Your workplace will be our head office in Aarhus. You can expect approximately 20 days of traveling.

What will make you successful
You have many years of experience working with HR. Your HR toolkit is both solid and varied. You are used to driving HR projects in a global business. It would be great if you have experience from mid-sized and large-sized companies where you’ve worked with a variety of different HR tasks and projects.

It is important you are pragmatic and solution-oriented, making sure the business feels your “can-do” attitude and ability to execute. You are a team player who keeps our common team goal in mind and contributes positively to our team feeling. You work independently and take the lead on tasks/projects with a structured mindset and the ambition to deliver good results. You know how to communicate and collaborate across to create value, and you have the ability to build trust and navigate at different levels in the organization.

You have strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
