As a Program Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and delivering large and complex initiatives that are critical to our organization’s success. You’ll oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of complex projects, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals.

Working collaboratively and in close collaboration with our executive management team and business units, you’ll act as a key driver of innovation, efficiency, and results. Initiatives range widely across, among others, M&A transactions, business restructuring and corporate- and intragroup agreements.

Key responsibilities:
As a Senior Strategy Program Manager, you will run and support some of our largest projects and business initiatives. Each day is different. One day, you will be debating the next steps with senior management on a large M&A project. Next, you will be working closely with internal experts to identify and resolve issues critical to our strategic goals.

More specifically, you can look forward to:

• Overall program- and project management, including quickly taking responsibility for strategic programs and gaining an in-depth understanding of its status and deliverables, as well as establishing clear plans for progress and successful implementation.
• Follow-up on project scope, cost and quality to ensure that the financial management and forecasts for the project are accurate, and that deadlines are met.
• Management of project teams as well as coaching of employees to ensure well-being and motivation of the team.
• Preparing board and management presentations, mobilizing business leaders, reporting on strategic projects, facilitating workshops etc.
• Contributing to establishing and further developing a professional approach to program- and project management.

About you
Lead the charge as an execution-driven program manager with drive for strategy in your DNA.

We are truly looking for action-oriented and outcome-focused people to join our team. You manage the fine are of being detail-oriented while balancing the big-picture goals. In addition, in the dynamic world of telecommunications, you thrive on change and are quickly adaptable.

We also imaging that you:

• Have 4+ years of experience from a similar role, either in the industry or from top-tier management consulting.
• Experience with telecommunications would be beneficial, but it is not required.
• Know how to manage complex programs and projects and have experience with large M&A projects or similar corporate programs and projects.
• Have experience with executive stakeholder management and possess effective communication skills.
• Have advanced presentation skills.
• Are fluent in English.
