Job Description
Are you a driven and ambitious sales professional who wants to help build SportAdmin’s presence in the Dutch market? Do you have experience in SaaS sales and a strong passion for sports? If so, you might be the perfect candidate to become our first sales representative abroad!

Your responsibilities:

  • Actively prospect and build a client portfolio within the Dutch swimming school sector.
  • Present and sell our SaaS system to potential clients, with a focus on creating long-term business relationships.
  • Build strong networks and understand customers’ specific needs to tailor the solution to their business.
  • Take full responsibility for the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and presentations to negotiations and closing deals.
  • Work closely with our internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and customer experience.

What we’re looking for:

  • A motivated and goal-driven individual who thrives on working independently and is committed to meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in SaaS sales (or similar solutions) is a strong advantage. B2B sales experience is also relevant.
  • A strong passion for sports, ideally swimming or related sports. You should be able to understand the unique needs that sports organizations, especially swimming schools, have for effective and user-friendly IT solutions.
  • The ability to build long-term customer relationships and deliver exceptional service.
  • You must be a self-starter and proactive. There will be periods where no direct manager is on-site, so you need to be comfortable working autonomously and taking responsibility for your workday.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
  • Relevant educational background in sales, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
