Quality Engineer to Engine Lifecycle Management

You will play an important role in:

• Be the key player in first-time production approval for critical components.
• Define quality specifications based on design needs.
• Propel the digitalization of quality control forward.
• Organize and conduct sub-supplier quality audits.

Our engines and solutions span across Japan, South Korea, and China, and you will be expected to travel two-three times per year. Engage closely with vendors worldwide, working on-site in Asia or from our head office in collaboration with local staff in China and Korea.

We imagine that you:

• Have a background as a MSc. or BSc. in Engineering.
• Relevant experience with supplier approvals and audits.
• Experience with digital solutions for quality monitoring.
• A strong drive with an empathic touch.

Welcome to the Engine Lifecycle Management Department You will be part of the Production Quality team, where the main responsibilities are quality assurance of production of engine components and supplier development. We are approx. 15 people with individual competences in different areas and a common desire to take quality to the next level. You will join a team with a good mixture of experience, new ideas, theoretical and practical background. There is a relaxed and open atmosphere in the team.
