You will play an important role in:
- Supporting our external sales by leading the conversion of inquiries into tailormade technical service offers, including:
- Understanding customer needs and providing proactive solutions.
- Defining the technical tasks of the project scope and identifying opportunities for upselling or additional services.
- Arranging spare part quotations and liaising with internal/external suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Acting as the central coordinator, connecting various departments (sales, engineering, logistics) to ensure smooth project execution.
- Supporting the development of technical sales concepts, including product innovations and market trends.
- Presenting and discussing technical service offers with customers, ensuring alignment with customer requirements in close cooperation with external sales and/or IGC.
- Maintaining CRM tasks, project overviews, and sales pipelines to ensure accurate forecasting and progress tracking.
We imagine that you:
- Have a background as a marine engineer (maskinmester) or similar, with significant hands-on experience in service or technical project management.
- Have experience creating customer-oriented technical offers, ideally in a B2B environment such as the marine industry.
- Are familiar with SAP, CRM systems, and basic office software (e.g., MS Office, Excel).
- Are self-driven, analytical, and have excellent time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
- Are result-oriented, highly proactive, and possess a strong customer-first mindset, ensuring the delivery of optimal solutions.
- Possess outstanding communication skills and a high level of professionalism in all interactions with customers and internal teams.
- Are adaptable, with the ability to manage various tasks simultaneously at different stages, ensuring smooth and efficient project progression.
- Have a strong technical understanding, which allows you to translate complex technical details into clear customer proposals.
Welcome to Project Sales 4S DK (SMDTP) Our department represents both 4 stroke propulsion and 4 stroke gensets. This means, that we have colleagues in our team in both Holeby and Frederikshavn. Despite the distance, we have very good cooperation and are working closely together on service projects.
We strive to have time for socializing with a good sense of humor in a busy workday and as a colleague in our team, you will meet colleagues with different professional backgrounds, which gives the perfect blend of competences to meet the demands of our customers and effectively execute service projects.

As a team, we have the full responsibility of offering large services and overhauls to our 4 stroke DK designed engine customers. We primarily focus on the regions Scandinavia and Europe, but does also execute propeller service jobs globally, as an example.
You have the option to select your base in either Holeby or Frederikshavn. Please be aware, that Holeby office will move to Roskilde area in 2027.
