Your job
As our new Nordic HCP Content Lead, you will be responsible for supporting our Consumer & HCP (Health Care Professional) engagement teams, creating high-quality, engaging content that informs and inspires our audience. This will be via multiple channels, such as websites, newsletters, and presentations for meetings. In Infant Nutrition, we are a leading manufacturer with more than 150 years of experience in providing the best nutrition and start in life for babies, as well as providing easy and great solutions and support for parents. Our business foundation is built upon developing strong brands that create value for our customers and consumers, as well as Nestlé.
In this role, key responsibilities will include:
- Developing informative and engaging content for our website and CRM platforms.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as our Marketing, Medical, and Digital teams, to ensure consistent messaging.
- Editing and proofreading content for accuracy and readability.
- Managing the content calendar to ensure timely delivery of content.
- Tracking and analyzing content metrics to improve engagement and conversion rates.
This role is based at our Nordic headquarters in Ørestad, Copenhagen, and you will report to our Sr. Nordic Marketing Manager for Infant Formula & Nutrition Medical Engagement. You will join the awesome Infant Nutrition Marketing team, comprising individuals from different nationalities and backgrounds, all working towards nurturing a healthier future for every parent and baby. We prioritize building strong relationships and fostering open communication, and we serve as the voice of the consumer within the organization. In this environment, you will have the freedom to express your thoughts, be heard, and make a genuine impact.
Please note that this is a temporary position, limited to a year, but with the possibility of a permanent role within the company for the right candidate at the end of the one-year contract.

Qualifications
To thrive in this role, you have a genuine passion for nutrition, as well as writing and producing content. You are proactive, have strong attention to detail, and hold the ability to work under tight deadlines. In addition to this, you:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree within Health, Nutrition, or a related field – perhaps also a Master’s.
- Bring a few years of experience working with content management, digital marketing, or related fields.
- Are fluent in both English and at least one of the Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish).
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of basic analytical tools and CMS will be considered advantageous.
