As our Refrigeration Specialist, you will play a vital role in the design and execution of advanced refrigeration systems. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Leading engineering projects (75% technical focus, 25% project management).

• Calculating and dimensioning components and systems for optimal performance.

• Contributing to the team's expertise in refrigeration products.

• Managing projects in accordance with the Industrial Stage Model and presenting to steering committees.

• Setting up lab tests, analyzing results, and ensuring the highest reliability.

To succeed in this role, you should bring a blend of technical expertise, practical experience, and personal drive. We are looking for someone who can thrive in a collaborative and innovative environment while driving technical excellence.

Your Theoretic Competences & Experience:

• A technical education in mechanical or mechatronic engineering, with over 5 years of relevant experience.

• Proven track record in delivering technical projects.

• Strong understanding of thermo-physics, with a preference for experience in refrigeration systems.

• Expertise in component development, including DFMEA, test planning, testing, and stakeholder management.

• Familiarity with system control; Python programming experience is a plus.

• Experience executing projects using the Stage Gate model.

With a solution- and result-oriented mindset, you approach challenges with creativity and focus on delivering practical results.
