The Role
As our BI Specialist, you'll be the bridge between complex data and actionable business insights. Working with our team of Cloud Architects, Digital Engineers, Data Scientists and Marketing Specialists, you'll create impactful visualizations and derive actionable insights that drive client decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop intuitive dashboards that tell compelling data stories
• Create and maintain data visualization solutions in tools like PowerBI and Looker Studio
• Collaborate with our data team to optimize data pipelines for reporting
• Transform marketing and analytics data into commercial insights
• Guide clients in dashboard adoption and data interpretation

Required Skills

• 2+ years of proven experience in data analytics or related field
• Proven experience with PowerBI, Looker Studio, or similar BI tools
• Strong SQL skills and data modeling experience
• Experience in client-facing roles and requirement gathering
• Understanding of digital marketing metrics and KPIs
• Excellent data storytelling capabilities
• Strong presentation and communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform in particularly BigQuery
• Experience working with Python
• Familiarity with Google Analytics
• ETL pipeline experience
• Digital marketing background
