About the role
We are looking to hire an enthusiastic Sales Person, to join our DACH Sales team in our Munich office where you will work alongside your international colleagues and build your own client base.
You will be working in a highly collaborative environment, where your focus will be on generating new leads, building lasting relationships with licensed fintech firms, and driving revenue growth in this highly dynamic market.

What you will be doing

  • Business Development: Identify, target, and engage with licensed fintech firms to establish partnerships and promote our financial solutions.
  • Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers at potentials partners to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Market Expansion: Be a key driver of growth in the DACH region by identifying emerging trends and market opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with global teams across product, marketing, and operations to deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Sales Strategy: Contribute to sales strategy development and execution, including forecasting and reporting on sales activities.

Skills & Qualifications
To be the right candidate for this position, we expect you to have experience in sales, preferably within fintech, financial services, or banking (min 1-2 years). Understanding of the DACH fintech landscape and market dynamics.
You have relevant educational background in either finance, law or economics (BSc as a minimum). You have track record of developing leads, closing deals, and meeting sales targets. You have exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

As a person you have ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with global teams. You are fluent in German and English.
