Join Our Team as a Customs Process Administrator in Aarhus!
Are you ready to be part of an international company where your skills make a difference every day?

We're seeking Customs Process Administrators to join our newly established customs department in Aarhus. In this role, you'll work closely with regular clients, handling customs declarations efficiently and according to current regulations.

What You’ll Do:
As a Customs Process Administrator, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and processing customs declarations
  • Interpreting and applying customs regulations
  • Classifying goods accurately
  • Maintaining positive communication with clients, Danish Customs, and other authorities

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a new department in our Aarhus office, where 20 colleagues will collaborate to handle customs procedures for a range of clients.

What We’re Looking For:
We’re searching for individuals who thrive in a dynamic, service-oriented environment and are eager to contribute to our success.

Here’s what you’ll bring to the team:

  • Experience in the industry, or other relevant work experience paired with completed secondary education
  • A positive attitude and excellent customer relationship skills
  • Proficiency in Danish and English (spoken and written)
  • Strong computer skills, including familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite
  • A high level of service-mindedness, with a thorough and solution-oriented approach
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
