En CGI estamos seleccionando un/a Técnico que haya trabajado con SAP MM y con idoc para la gestión de interfaces y que hable inglés y francés.

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES:
- Supervisar las transacciones relacionadas con el proceso, incluidas las interfaces entrantes/salientes.
- Analizar y resolver errores/anomalías de interfaz/entrada de lotes
- Mantener las tablas de asignación de aplicaciones
- Definir los ajustes de personalización correspondientes
- Apoyar las solicitudes de cambio, incluido el análisis de requisitos, la redacción de especificaciones funcionales, las pruebas y el seguimiento posterior a la puesta en marcha.
- Proporcionar formación a los nuevos usuarios finales y soporte de segundo nivel a los usuarios clave.
- Buscar la información necesaria para resolver errores o aplicar cambios.
- Comunicar los nuevos cambios del sistema
- Garantizar la calidad de los datos transferidos y la rápida resolución de errores/anomalías
- Servir a la gestión de acceso a aplicaciones incluyendo la definición de perfiles de autorización

REQUISITOS:
- Máster en Finanzas o Contabilidad
- Inglés y francés fluido
- Se requieren conocimientos de SAP MM y SAP FI
