Frontend Software Engineer in Stibo DX - GML-HR A/S

The role
As a Frontend Software Engineer, you will work on developing and improving the frontend of our new platform, which is transitioning from a 10-year-old Angular application to a modern, scalable frontend solution. You will collaborate with engineers, UX designers, and product owners to create intuitive, high-performance user interfaces that integrate seamlessly with our backend services.

We are building a new cloud-native, microservice-based platform that will serve as the foundation for our future products. As part of this, we are introducing a new frontend client that will leverage modern frontend frameworks and incorporate our evolving design system.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and enhance the frontend of our applications.
• Work on implementing new features while ensuring accessibility, performance, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with UX designers to create intuitive and visually appealing user experiences.
• Contribute to the evolution and integration of our design system into the new frontend.
• Ensure smooth integration between the frontend and backend services.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in frontend development.

Qualifications & Experience

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in frontend development.
• Experience with at least one modern frontend framework (Angular, React, or Vue).
• Passion for frontend development, with a focus on accessibility and creating great user experiences.
• Experience working with and integrating design systems.
• Understanding of software development best practices, including version control, testing, and CI/CD.
• Ability to work effectively in an international team with remote collaboration.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
