Join Our Team as a PAS-X MES Professional!

Are you passionate about pioneering change through cutting-edge technology and IT solutions? Do you thrive in dynamic environments, especially when it comes to managing Manufacturing Execution System (MES) activities within GMP regulated production settings? If quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction drive your daily ambitions, we want to hear from you!

The position
This is your chance to be part of a passionate team that plays a critical role in delivering high-quality tablets to patients globally. Step into the role of an MES Professional and make a meaningful impact on our PAS-X project teams within Emerging Technologies.
As part of our team, you'll be at the heart of operational excellence. Your key contributions will include:

  • Analyzing production processes while collaborating closely with Oral Finished Products (OFP) within Emerging Technologies (ET) to design, describe, and implement MES changes.
  • Mentoring and guiding your colleagues within the team and across departments.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving production issues related to PAS-X and barcode equipment in our facilities.

You’ll join a team of 10 dedicated professionals who value trust, responsibility, fun, and mutual support.

Qualifications:
To thrive in this role, you have a unique blend of technical MES expertise and the ability to align it with local business processes. Here’s what we hope you bring:

  • A Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Pharmacy, or a related field.
  • Experience in a GMP regulated production environment; familiarity with production line/equipment integration is a plus.
  • 3+ years working with MES; experience with PAS-X, GMBR design, SAP, or SCADA systems is considered beneficial.
  • Knowledge of GMP IT system validation in a regulated environment, particularly in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with full proficiency in English; knowledge of Danish is a bonus.

We’re looking for innovative problem-solvers with the ability to gather, analyze, and translate complex technical requirements into effective solutions. You should excel at stakeholder management, be self-motivated, organized, and adaptive, while demonstrating empathy and a solid understanding of IT systems. Your decision-making skills will shine in our fast-paced, collaborative environment.

About The Department
You’ll be part of a vibrant PAS-X team within our DD&IT PS ET area, where we support the daily operations and collaborate closely with various areas of Emerging Technologies, including bulk, packaging, and quality assurance. Expect a work atmosphere filled with camaraderie, diverse backgrounds, and a commitment to supporting each other's success.
