Build and grow our SEO team while driving client success
As Head of SEO at s360/Docklin - part of s360, you will take on a pivotal role in our highly specialized SEO team. You will be responsible for setting the strategic direction for SEO, managing key client relationships, and building a team in Stockholm. You will also work closely with other disciplines within digital marketing, such as paid media and data analytics, to create holistic growth strategies.

Moreover, you can look forward to:

• Shaping SEO strategy and execution: Define and drive SEO strategies for some of the biggest e-commerce and enterprise brands in the Nordics, ensuring measurable organic success.
• Managing high-impact clients: Oversee a portfolio of clients and act as a trusted advisor to CMOs, Heads of Digital, and other stakeholders.
• Leading and mentoring: Grow and build our team of SEO specialists, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
• Driving innovation: Leverage s360 cutting-edge python-led and standalone SEO tools to keep clients ahead of competitors.
• Collaboration across teams: Work alongside other digital marketing specialists, analysts, and developers to ensure a seamless, data-driven approach to growth.

You will be joining one of Scandinavia’s largest SEO teams consisting of 50+ experts who collaborate daily to drive growth for our clients. You’ll, however, be the first SEO person in our Stockholm office. s360 acquired Docklin in early 2025 and you’ll join the team with the responsibility of building and growing the SEO offering, both in terms of revenue and team size. We have big ambitions.

SEO leader with a proactive and innovative mindset
We seek a strategic, experienced SEO leader who can drive results while fostering a high-performance team environment.

To the role you will bring:

• 6+ years of experience in SEO with a proven track record of driving results for enterprise-level clients.
• Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and mentoring SEO teams.
• Expertise in Strategic & Technical SEO, including site architecture, crawling, indexing, and content strategies.
• A consultative approach with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English and Swedish, both written and spoken.
• Experience with leading SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, and Analytics.
• A data-driven mindset, using insights to make strategic decisions and optimize performance.
• A strong understanding of cross-channel digital marketing, including paid search, social, and analytics.
