We are interested in people who

• Have the ability to solve complex problems with the use of artificial intelligence in the form of machine learning.
• Are skilled programmers with a deep understanding of AI, backend development, infrastructure, and writing clean code.
• Are motivated to develop, deliver and operate machine learning services that scale to hundreds of thousands end-users.
• Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Have up to 3 years of work experience. If you are a 2025 graduate, you are also invited to apply.

The work includes

• Design, develop, and improve ML algorithms and models to address critical end-customer problems effectively.
• Contribute to the design of software and cloud architectures, prioritizing partner and end-customer experience in every decision.
• Work with problem specification together with end-users / partners and design how functional requirements should be taken into account in the model and service.
• Participate and support AI Product Managers and AI Tech Leads in scoping potential new product improvements.
• Adhere to and exemplify the best practices of the SaaS industry in all developmental facets.
• Identify, report, and address technical and organizational challenges and areas for improvement.
• Make sure that algorithmic and AI service knowledge is distributed within the team to avoid single points of failure.
• Contributing to Visma’s growing ecosystem of AI initiatives by attending conferences.
