As our new Production Quality Engineer, you will play an essential role in ensuring a high product quality of our analytical solutions for the food industry. You will be the key to ensure swift handling of production challenges in many shapes and sizes, and in close corporation with production technicians, NPI, R&D product developers, QA and test developers.Problem solving and optimization on a high node
In production support we take full ownership of systematic technical problem solving, supporting our Danish production set-up to deliver high quality products.
No days will feel the same, and you will be working with a range of stakeholders, technical challenges, and technologies, as well as supporting our production in optimizing product workflow and setting higher standards.

We will start by welcoming you to our office in Hillerød, but at the end of 2025 we will move our production facilities to Frederikssund and the position will be based there, together with the rest of the team.

You are structured, and get things done
Overall, we are looking for someone with a can-do attitude that is committed to facilitate systematic problem solving using LEAN principles, as well as plan and facilitate structured trials as part of problem solving. We expect you to have a strong technical background with a relevant engineering education (e.g. a bachelor's or master’s degree in electronic, mechanical or electrical engineering) as well as strong affinity for processes. Having minimum 3 years’ experience from other similar position is considered an advantage.

We imagine that you bring some of the competences below:

  • Excellent communication skills, both technical and non-technical
  • Ability to solve complex technical and practical problems
  • Ability to analyze test data as part of problem solving
  • Have a good knowledge about LEAN tools and principles
  • Are data driven, dynamic and address issues before they become problems

Moreover, we expect that you:

  • Have a quality mindset with focus on securing optimal production quality of the product regarding performance and reliability
  • Have a high sense of urgency, with focus on right challenges at the right time
  • You speak fluent Danish and English, the latter being our corporate language
