If so, we have an exciting job for you! Heading the Finished Goods production unit in a biomarker manufacturing plant, this position comes with a high degree of freedom, influence and development.

About the area: Finished Goods is a key part of the production unit, turning concentrated antibodies into final customer products. It is an impactful department, consisting of two branches counting 55 operators, lab technicians, engineers and managers. Deadlines are key but so is culture and well-being which is embedded in this department, ensuring that all functions work together for the same goal. Under IVDR regulations, this department delivers final reagents to GMP standards in all processes.

Ready-to-use kits are a major part of our product portfolio, containing all ingredients needed for hospitals to get a detailed and accurate diagnosis utilization patient tissue.

About the position: This is a position and a team, that is very visible in the organization. The director of finished goods is responsible for the final step in manufacturing, ensuring we deliver quality products on time. With a high level of transparency, influence, freedom and development opportunities, a large part of this role will also be to own the automation and digitalization strategy of the area, lifting Finished Goods to a whole new level.

Additional responsibilities:

  • Lead with vision and set direction for the Finished Goods function
  • Lead through your managers, ensure coaching, mentoring, challenge and development
  • Secure good teamwork between relevant stakeholders across the organization
  • Enable a culture which inspire compliance
  • Continue and grow the culture, with focus on Continuous Improvement (LEAN) and optimization of processes
  • Ensure project support for Compliance, Development and other major projects
  • Take active part in the manufacturing Site Management Group, consisting of 6 Directors.

Qualifications
You are an experienced manager with hands-on experience of automation and/or digitalization strategies, ideally of Finished Goods areas. Knowledge or experience of one or more of the below is a plus:

  • Finished Goods experience from Pharma or diagnostics companies
  • GMP, incl validation of processes, changes and non-conformance reports
  • Business and financial understanding, incl planning and distribution
  • Project Management
  • Continuous Improvements and LEAN
  • Knowledge of Danish: Culture and language

This job has a full time weekly schedule.

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
