Product Owner

Welcome to Digital Procurement
You’ll be part of the Digital Procurement team where you, together with your colleagues, will shape the product's direction, facilitate workshops, and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and vendors. You will ensure effective communication and collaboration across the product teams and other departments.
You’ll play an important role in:
- define and communicate the product vision and strategy in line with the business needs
- create and maintain the product backlog, prioritising features based on business value, user needs and effort required
- make decisions on feature prioritisation and trade-offs to ensure the product delivers value and meets the business objectives
- facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input and provide updates on product progress
- together with the Product Manager, measure and report on the performance and impact of the product, making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement
- collaborate with end-users and key stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure alignment with the product goals
To succeed in the role, you:
- have a bachelor’s or master's degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field
- have solid experience with Product Management and Agile, preferably with Product Owner experience
- demonstrate a strong understanding of Product Management processes and best practices
- have excellent strategic thinking and decision-making skills
- have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
- are proficient in using product management and/or project management tools (ADO, Jira or similar)
