Join us in this role where you’ll be instrumental in fulfilling QHSE legal requirements and providing global support to our safety, environment, and compliance team, ensuring our workplace meets the highest standards.
Welcome to QHSE Support
You’ll be part of the Safety, Environment, and Compliance team where you, together with your colleagues, will establish best practices in QHSE management and provide global HSE support.

You’ll play an important role in:
- ensuring compliance with QHSE legal requirements for our entity in Poland
- managing workplace safety and environmental standards in the office
- organizing local QHSE committees
- optimizing and implementing global QHSE management processes and standards
- leading safety and compliance projects and initiatives
- engaging with international colleagues to improve safety performance.
To succeed in the role, you:
- have a degree or certification in occupational health and safety or a related field
- possess at least three years of work experience in QHSE within the Polish legal context
- have strong knowledge of international safety standards and regulations
- demonstrate excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- exhibit a proactive and strategic approach to problem-solving
- are self-motivated and able to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
