Job Description

Our Compliance Engineering department works within Product Development, guiding and securing product approvals while ensuring compliance with customer requirements, directives, standards, and legal regulations. We operate on both national and international levels, specializing in product safety, environmental impact, and energy/performance regulations.

This role offers a dynamic and challenging opportunity in a global organization, based in Graasten, with a high level of independence and significant opportunities for both professional and personal development.

Job Responsibilities
As a Compliance Engineer, your responsibilities will include leading the product compliance process from conception to end-of-life. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate compliance requirements at every stage of the product lifecycle. Some key tasks will involve interpreting regulatory requirements, ensuring proactive compliance in the design phase, and liaising with approval authorities.

Background & Skills

• Educational Qualifications: You should hold an MSc/BSc in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Experience: While prior experience in Variable Speed Drives or similar products is preferred, we welcome junior engineers looking to specialize in compliance.
• Key Attributes: An analytical mindset, proactive attitude, and excellent problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
