As we continue our journey to becoming the best everyday bank in the Nordics, we are looking for a Senior PR & Communications Manager (Fixed contract - 1 Year) to help us tell our story, shape our reputation, and advance our media efforts, so that we can continue growing our brand and presence across the Nordics and beyond.

This is a one-year contract starting in June 2025, based in Copenhagen or Stockholm.

As our new Senior PR & Communications Manager, you will be part of our PR & External Communications team, reporting to Jenny Menckel. The team currently comprises three amazing individuals working across Stockholm and Copenhagen, who are focused on building Lunar’s brand, reputation, and media presence within the broader Marketing & Communications function, led by Manuel Douchez, CMO.

What will you do?

• Develop and execute communication strategies that align with Lunar’s business goals, ensuring that every piece of communication reflects our mission and vision.
• Build and maintain strong media relationships to secure high-impact placements for Lunar across earned media channels.
• Proactively identify media opportunities, pitch compelling stories, and craft narratives that resonate with our audiences.
• Prepare senior leaders for media interactions, providing coaching and strategic guidance to enhance their communication impact.
• Drive stakeholder engagement initiatives, developing strategies to connect with key audiences and advance Lunar’s business objectives.

What are we looking for?

• Proven ability to build relationships with top-tier media and secure impactful placements.
• Experience in developing and executing media strategies that enhance brand positioning and reputation.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to manage crisis communication effectively and with precision.
• A creative storyteller with a solutions-oriented approach to communication challenges.
• Strong collaboration and leadership skills, with a passion for teamwork and driving results.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn and other social media platforms, with the ability to develop content strategies that engage audiences and build brand perception.
• Fluency in Swedish and/or Danish, and English.
