As a Project Manager, you’ll hold the leading role in developing and implementing the new technologies and high volume processes that will maintain our global position as a leading supplier.

Job Responsibilities
You will lead and coordinate major investment projects, in one of the largest operations in Danfoss Power Solutions - ensuring they deliver real impact on production efficiency, technology implementation, and operational excellence. Your key responsibilities include:

• Driving business cases from initial idea to CAPEX approval, ensuring strategic alignment and adherence to tactical business goals and technical requirements
• Leading and managing project implementation, keeping scope, budget, and timelines on track supported by risk management strategies.
• Optimizing production setups, identifying and executing improvement initiatives and cost reductions while maintaining high quality and safety standards
• Introducing cutting-edge technology and digital solutions to enhance manufacturing processes from best practices in lean manufacturing
• Ensuring smooth project transitions from development to full-scale operations by tracking project performance using key metrics and provide regular updates and necessary adaption
• Engaging key stakeholders across all project phases to secure alignment with internal and external stakeholders for seamless execution and success

Background & Skills
We are looking for a proactive and innovative strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of manufacturing processes, automation, and operational excellence. You thrive in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment and as the ideal candidate you bring:

• A strong track record in project management and efficient use of skills and stage gate processes
• The ability to balance structured project execution with creative problem-solving.
• A clear business mindset with a professional demonstration of production process optimization alongside project implementation
• A background in manufacturing engineering with experience in high volume machining and assembly.
• A data-driven mindset with a systematic and energetic approach.
• The ability to motivate and lead project membersthrough complex challenges
• Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
