Product Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a Product Manager to join ALK-Abelló. This role focuses on developing and executing marketing strategies to maximize product performance and align with global marketing initiatives. You will drive an omnichannel marketing approach and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure commercial success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to optimize product performance.
• Conduct strategic business planning, including forecasting and KPI monitoring.
• Implement and oversee marketing customer journey tactics.
• Collaborate with local and global teams to drive an omnichannel approach.
• Ensure compliance with ALK/Pharma Code of Conduct and regulations.
• Plan, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns, ensuring budget alignment.
• Conduct market research and provide insights for product launches.
• Work with external vendors on omnichannel marketing campaigns.
• Support sales teams with marketing materials, training, and program monitoring.
• Engage with key opinion leaders (KOLs) for strategic insights.
• Maintain compliance with pharmaceutical promotion and safety regulations.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Degree in Science or Business.
• 2-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing.
• Strong business acumen and a "customer-first" mentality.
• Proactive, action-oriented, and organized mindset.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in omnichannel marketing strategies.
• Knowledge of Allergy, Immunotherapy, and Allergic Asthma is preferred.
• Fluent in English.
