Job Description
Danfoss Climate Solutions Segment is looking for Electronics Engineer to join the Business unit named: HydronicS RD&E.

HydronicS RD&E is a global research, development, and engineering team that strives to work as ONE unified team. The goal is to develop products and systems from front-end design to end-of-life, establishing ourselves as an industry leader in control systems used in hydronic (water-based) heating, cooling, and energy distribution.

Our team's focus is on creating smart low-power wireless IoT devices that seamlessly integrate with cloud services and mobile applications, enhancing user experience and leading the way in smart heating technology for intelligent homes.

As a result of our ongoing growth and expansion, we are now seeking to recruit an Electronics Engineer to join our Hydronics division.

This role is based at out of: Kolding

Job Responsibilities
As an Electronics Engineer in this role, you will be part of the ICON & eTRV department, and your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring new designs and products are based on customer needs and requirements
  • Evaluating and implementing new technologies and components within analog and digital circuits
  • Driving and taking full responsibility for electronic designs from project start to post-project maintenance
  • Designing 230V systems, including PSU/SMPS (Switch Mode Power Supply)
  • Ensuring compliance with design standards
  • Debugging and troubleshooting hardware issues using laboratory electronic equipment
  • Leveraging synergies by reusing hardware across product portfolios
  • Ensuring high reliability through well-structured design processes
  • Participating in requirement specification, cost estimation, and scheduling for new product developments
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of hardware and software components

Background & Skills
As our new Electronics Engineer, you will hold a bachelor’s or master’s engineering degree with several years of experience or significant practical experience as a technician in electronics.

Experience working with the following would be advantageous, although not essential:
• Working closely with both customers, sales organizations, and suppliers
• A good understanding of practical execution and task completion
• A desire for ongoing skill development
• An outgoing personality with strong networking skills
• Experience working with Orcad and SAP systems

As a person, you are passionate, persistent, and take full responsibility for your tasks. You thrive in a global and multicultural environment, adapting well to change. With a creative and solution-focused mindset, you approach your work in a structured way, always maintaining an overview. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
