Join us in this role where you’ll be responsible for the planning, directing, and managing the performance of the site under your management. You’ll ensure business growth by directing operational activities in accordance with Ørsted’s organizational and QHSE strategies.

You’ll be part of BALTICA 02 where you, together with your colleagues, will manage the site’s operations, focusing on yield, QHSE, and budget. As a team, we prioritize safety, continuous improvement, and collaboration.
You’ll play an important role in:
- providing inspirational leadership to meet site objectives in relation to QHSE, yield, and budget
- developing and continuously improving a strong, positive QHSE culture
- ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and Ørsted’s QHSE Management System
- managing the site’s budget and ensuring efficient planning, scheduling, and execution of all turbine maintenance and retrofits
- leading communications with key stakeholders and managing the adherence of Service Providers to contractually agreed standards.
To succeed in the role, you:
- have experience working in health and safety critical environments
- have education degree level with a Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree or equivalent
- have extensive experience in operational management, preferably working with major infrastructure assets
- demonstrate great stakeholder management and influencing skills and have good experience in proactively collaborating with management and specialists in different areas of the business to drive initiatives forward
- speak Polish and English on a business level
- possess operational management and leadership knowledge, ideally within an engineering/utilities business
- demonstrate a hands-on management style and strong analytical skills.
- have experience in financial control, budget preparation, and contract negotiation
- are committed to completing the training/certification needed for offshore visits and are willing to travel.
